1. What Kyrovo is (and isn't)

Kyrovo is a career resilience and planning tool. It helps you reflect on your energy, evaluate the AI-replaceability of tasks you tell us about, and estimate a personal financial runway based on numbers you provide.

Kyrovo is not: a medical device, a mental-health diagnostic, a psychiatric service, a financial advisor, an investment advisor, a legal advisor, or a career coach. Scores are self-reported wellness indicators, not clinical diagnoses. Nothing in Kyrovo constitutes advice on which you should base medical, financial, legal, or major career decisions without also consulting a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kyrovo. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe. Kyrovo can only ever be as useful as the honesty of your inputs.

4. Payments

Kyrovo Core is $14.99 per month, or $119.99 per year (equivalent to $10/month). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings — the cancellation is immediate and there are no dark patterns.

Refunds are available for the first 14 days of a new subscription, no questions asked. Email hello@getkyrovo.com.

5. Referral rewards

When you refer a friend who becomes a paying subscriber, you receive one free month of service and a copy of the Kyrovo Career Intelligence Report. Your friend receives a discount on their first month. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. We may cancel rewards obtained through fraudulent or automated means.

6. Layoff Radar

Layoff Radar surfaces public information from federal WARN Act filings, public news sources, and public job-posting data. It is information, not a prediction. Kyrovo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and does not tell you whether your job is or is not safe.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Kyrovo to make decisions about anyone other than yourself. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service. Don't scrape or resell our content. Don't use Kyrovo to make employment, hiring, or lending decisions about third parties — that is a high-risk AI system category Kyrovo is not built for.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyrovo's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice, except in cases of fraud or abuse where notice is impractical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
