Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026 · Applies to residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut, and used voluntarily by Kyrovo for all users.

In one sentence: Kyrovo treats your self-reported energy, motivation, and detachment scores as consumer health data, only uses them to compute your Kyrovo scores and plan, never sells or shares them, and lets you delete them at any time.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect
- Self-reported wellbeing signals: energy level, motivation, ability to detach from work, sleep quality, workload
- Self-reported occupational stressors (job title, industry, tasks) used to compute AI-replacement risk
- Derived Kyrovo scores (energy pulse, AI risk, financial runway, CRS)
We do not collect biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, genetic data, gender-affirming care data, reproductive health data, or diagnoses.
2. Purposes
We collect this data solely to compute your Kyrovo scores, generate your 90-day plan, and let you track change over time. We do not use it for advertising, profiling by third parties, or to infer information you did not tell us.
3. Sources
100% from you. We do not buy, license, or receive consumer health data from any third party, employer, insurer, or data broker.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your consumer health data. We do not share it with third parties for their own use. The only processors that touch related data are:
- Supabase — encrypted database hosting (EU region)
- Stripe — billing (never receives your check-in answers, only your email + subscription status)
- Lovable AI Gateway — generates your 90-day plan draft using only your numeric scores; no name, email, or free-text
5. Your rights (WA MHMDA, NV SB 370, CT CTDPA)
- Right to confirm & access — see everything we hold about you
- Right to withdraw consent — one click, immediate effect
- Right to delete — permanent, cascades to all processors we control
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising any right will not degrade your service or price
- Right to appeal — if we refuse a request, email hello@getkyrovo.com with "appeal" in the subject; we respond within 45 days

6. Geofencing (WA MHMDA §10)
Kyrovo does not operate a geofence around any healthcare facility for advertising, tracking, or notification purposes. Ever.
